For Collaboration (RFC) is an information sharing
communication submitted by a DelEXCHANGE SBIR Technology Seeker.
DelEXCHANGE SBIR RFCs can include a general desire to learn more
about an SBIR company, or it may be very specific to a SBIR topic.
The RFCs are submitted based on matching the SBIR topics chosen by
the Small Business and Technology Seeker. |
