  Who are DelEXCHANGE SBIR Technology Seekers? Technology Seekers are accredited investors and representatives of large corporations.  Individual names of technology seekers remain private until they submit a Request for Collaboration (RFC) to a registered DelEXCHANGE SBIR company.
  How do I become a DelEXCHANGE SBIR Technology Seeker? If your organization has a commitment to partnering with SBIR companies register by clicking here, and a DelEXCHANGE SBIR representative will contact you.  You can also send an e-mail with your contact information to tsinfo@delexchange.org.

The investment to become a DelEXCHANGE SBIR Technology Seeker depends on the unique practices and needs of your organization.   What does it cost for my company to be in the DelEXCHANGE SBIR Directory? Nothing.  DelEXCHANGE SBIR is free for all small businesses who have an interest in the Federal Small Business Innovation Research Program
  Which Federal SBIR Agencies are listed in DelEXCHANGE SBIR? The current SBIR Agencies with topics in DelEXCHANGE SBIR can be found by clicking here.
  Is DelEXCHANGE SBIR just for Delaware area small businesses? No. Our goal is to service any small business anywhere that is actively planning to respond to a SBIR topic.
  When are SBIR Companies notified of RFC Opportunities? Requests for Collaborations are posted within 24-72 hours of receipt from an approved DelEXCHANGE SBIR Technology Seeker.

  What does it cost for my organization to be a DelEXCHANGE SBIR Marketing Partner? There generally is no direct financial investment required to become a DelEXCHANGE SBIR Marketing Partner. The primary goal is to work collaboratively to support and promote the Delaware Valley small business community through quality education and networking events.

An increased awareness of your technology-based economic development initiatives directed to the local business community is a primary benefit to being a DelEXCHANGE SBIR Marketing Partner.

  Is DelEXCHANGE SBIR primarily focused on Minority and/or Women-owned Businesses? DelEXCHANGE SBIR's focus is to facilitate equal access to partnering opportunities for ALL small businesses, inclusive of minority-owned and women-owned small businesses.
  Who manages DelEXCHANGE SBIR? In January, 2008, the DelACCESS Consortium became the manager of DelEXCHANGE SBIR.
  What is DelEXCHANGE SBIR's mission? DelEXCHANGE SBIR's mission is to create more efficient and effective ways for technology seekers and SBIR companies to find each other.
