DelEXCHANGE is a nonprofit service managed by the DelACCESS Consortium, with the support of the US Department of Commerce’s Technology Opportunities Program (TOP), and numerous Delaware Valley public and private organizations.

DelEXCHANGE is an innovative economic development service that promotes local small business development and networking among all small business owners, inclusive of minority, women and other disadvantaged businesses.

DelEXCHANGE delivers it services through a combination of hi-tech and hi-touch approaches.  DelEXCHANGE’s B2B Exchange and Business Events are web-based services that are complemented by practical education programs.

The DelEXCHANGE B2B EXCHANGE Service connects government and corporate decision-makers with small business suppliers, including minority-owned and women-owned businesses.

The DelEXCHANGE Business Events Service provides a comprehensive view of upcoming small business education and networking events hosted by DelEXCHANGE Marketing Partners.

DelEXCHANGE Education Services include forums for DelEXCHANGE Suppliers and Buyers to learn how to leverage DelEXCHANGE online and offline resources.  DelEXCHANGE also develops customized Supplier Development Programs for its Buyer Partners and Marketing Partners representing industry-specific business associations.
